This makes it the perfect moment for a sound healing session, where gentle vibrations help you relax, release stress, and tune into a fresh, calm energy for the season ahead.
This session is a gentle invitation to pause, listen in, and take care of yourself during this natural time of transformation and renewal.

These themed sound healing will be available twice a month on a Wednesday
Start time 7pm till 8pm (please arrive 10 minutes before to get settled )
Exchange £15🙏
Mats , eyes masks ( if you need ) and water will be provided.
** Please bring own blanket and pillows.
